Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Customer", "Vendor") and ZoomFly Travel Services ("ZoomFly", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the ZoomFly platform at zoomfly.in.
By accessing our website, creating an account, making a booking, or using any ZoomFly service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately stop using ZoomFly's services. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any updates to these Terms.
ZoomFly reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email to registered users and prominently displayed on the platform for 30 days.
Our Services
ZoomFly is an online travel aggregator and booking platform that facilitates the following services:
- Flight Bookings: Search and enquiry for domestic and international flights via WhatsApp-assisted booking.
- Hotel Bookings: Discovery, comparison, and reservation of hotel rooms across India and select international destinations.
- Holiday Packages: Pre-designed and customisable travel packages including accommodation, transport, and activities.
- Bus Bookings: Inter-city and long-distance bus reservations through partner operators.
- Cab & Transfer Services: Airport transfers, local city cabs, and outstation cab bookings through partner providers.
- Destination Guides: Travel information, tips, and discovery content for popular destinations.
ℹ️ ZoomFly acts as an intermediary platform. The actual travel services (flights, hotel stays, cab rides, bus journeys) are provided by independent third-party operators. ZoomFly facilitates the booking but is not the airline, hotel, bus operator, or cab provider.
Eligibility & User Accounts
To use ZoomFly's services and create an account, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indian law.
- Provide accurate, complete, and current registration information.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and not share them with others.
- Promptly notify us at s.admin@zoomfly.in of any unauthorized access to your account.
You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. ZoomFly shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account due to your failure to maintain security of your credentials.
ZoomFly reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, violate these Terms, or engage in fraudulent activity.
Booking Terms
When you make a booking through ZoomFly, the following terms apply:
- Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and issuance of a booking reference number via email or WhatsApp.
- Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for ensuring all traveller details (names, dates of birth, ID numbers, travel dates) are accurate at the time of booking. Errors may result in additional charges or booking invalidation.
- Document Responsibility: Travellers must carry valid government-issued ID proof and any travel documents (passport, visa) required for their journey. ZoomFly is not responsible for denied boarding or entry due to invalid documents.
- Price Confirmation: Prices displayed are subject to availability and may change until final payment is processed. ZoomFly will notify you of price changes before confirming your booking.
- Third-Party Terms: Bookings with airlines, hotels, and operators are subject to those service providers' own terms and conditions in addition to ZoomFly's terms.
- Group Bookings: Bookings for 10 or more passengers may be subject to special pricing and separate group booking terms. Contact us at s.admin@zoomfly.in for group enquiries.
✅ Upon successful booking, you will receive a WhatsApp confirmation message and email to your registered contact details within 30 minutes of payment.
Payments & Pricing
All payments on ZoomFly are processed securely through Razorpay. The following payment methods are accepted:
- UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, and others)
- Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)
- Net Banking (all major Indian banks)
- NEFT / RTGS Bank Transfer
- EMI (select cards and NBFCs, subject to eligibility)

All prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. ZoomFly reserves the right to correct pricing errors prior to booking confirmation.
Failed payment amounts will be refunded within 5–7 business days to the original payment source. ZoomFly is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.
Cancellations & Modifications
Cancellation and modification policies vary by service type and booking. Please refer to our dedicated Refund & Cancellation Policy page for complete details. Key terms are summarised below:

🚫 Non-refundable bookings are clearly marked at the time of booking. These cannot be cancelled or modified for any refund once confirmed.
Vendor Terms & Obligations
These terms apply to all vendors (hotels, bus operators, cab providers, tour operators) registered on the ZoomFly platform:
- Accurate Listings: Vendors must ensure all information (pricing, availability, amenities, photos) is accurate and updated. Misleading listings may result in immediate removal and account suspension.
- Service Delivery: Vendors are obligated to fulfil all confirmed bookings. Failure to do so without valid reason may result in penalties and removal from the platform.
- Compliance: Vendors must hold all required licences, permits, and insurance under applicable Indian law. ZoomFly may request documentation at any time.
- Commission: Vendors agree to ZoomFly's commission structure as communicated at the time of registration. This may be revised with 30 days' notice.
- Dispute Resolution: In the event of a customer dispute, vendors must cooperate with ZoomFly's resolution process within 48 hours.
- Data Protection: Vendors may not use customer data obtained through ZoomFly for any purpose outside of fulfilling the specific booking.
- Termination: ZoomFly may terminate a vendor's listing at any time for breach of these terms, with or without prior notice in cases of serious violations.
📋 Vendors are responsible for their own GST compliance and invoicing to end customers. ZoomFly will provide monthly transaction reports to support vendor reconciliation.
User Conduct & Prohibited Activities
When using ZoomFly, you agree not to engage in the following prohibited activities:
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or booking.
- Making fraudulent bookings, chargebacks, or payment disputes without valid cause.
- Attempting to access other users' accounts or ZoomFly's administrative systems without authorization.
- Using automated tools, bots, or scrapers to extract content or data from ZoomFly's platform.
- Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting ZoomFly content without written permission.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing ZoomFly staff, vendors, or other users.
- Circumventing ZoomFly's platform to book directly with vendors discovered through our platform to avoid platform fees.
- Violating any applicable Indian or international laws while using our services.
ZoomFly reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently ban users who violate these conduct standards, with or without prior notice.
Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
ZoomFly operates as a technology platform and travel intermediary. The following limitations apply:
- Third-Party Services: ZoomFly is not liable for the quality, safety, legality, or reliability of services provided by airlines, hotels, cab operators, or bus companies listed on our platform.
- Force Majeure: ZoomFly is not responsible for cancellations, delays, or disruptions caused by natural disasters, strikes, civil unrest, government orders, pandemics, or other events beyond our control.
- Service Interruption: We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our platform. Scheduled maintenance or technical issues may temporarily affect availability.
- Pricing Errors: While we strive for accuracy, ZoomFly is not bound by obviously incorrect prices resulting from system errors. We will notify you and offer a full refund in such cases.
- Maximum Liability: ZoomFly's total liability to you in connection with any booking shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that specific booking.
- Indirect Losses: ZoomFly is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from use of our platform or travel services, including missed flights, lost luggage, or medical expenses.
We strongly recommend all travellers purchase comprehensive travel insurance for their journeys. ZoomFly can assist with travel insurance options — contact us for details.
Intellectual Property
All content on the ZoomFly platform — including but not limited to the logo, brand name, website design, graphics, text, photographs, destination guides, and software code — is the exclusive intellectual property of ZoomFly Travel Services and is protected under Indian copyright, trademark, and design laws.
- You may not reproduce, copy, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any ZoomFly content without our prior written consent.
- The ZoomFly name and logo are registered trademarks. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
- User-generated content (reviews, ratings, photos) submitted to ZoomFly grants us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and modify such content on our platform.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, including but not limited to:
- The Indian Contract Act, 1872
- The Consumer Protection Act, 2019
- The Information Technology Act, 2000 and its amendments
- The Goods and Services Tax laws applicable to travel services
Dispute Resolution Process:
- Step 1 — Direct Resolution: Contact ZoomFly's Grievance Officer at s.admin@zoomfly.in. We will endeavour to resolve your concern within 30 days.
- Step 2 — Consumer Forum: If unresolved, you may approach the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
- Step 3 — Arbitration: For commercial disputes, the parties agree to resolve matters through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with New Delhi as the seat of arbitration.
🏛️ All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
